The 2024-2025 application cycle will begin in early May, 2024.

For 29 years, The Automotive News PACE program has honored superior innovation, technological advancement and business performance among automotive suppliers. Judged by an independent panel of judges, PACE is recognized around the world as the industry benchmark for innovation. If you are a traditional or non-traditional supplier, or a startup, the PACE program provides you an opportunity to showcase your “game changing” innovation by submitting an application for evaluation by our panel of judges.

Has your innovation been sold to an OEM? Is your innovation commercialized? The PACE Award is the program for you. With more than a quarter century of history recognizing innovations driven by automotive suppliers, the PACE Award today is credited as the award in the global automotive industry for identifying and celebrating the latest game-changing innovation from the plant floor to the product to the showroom floor.
Have an early-stage innovation not yet sold to an OEM customer? PACEpilot is the program for you. It is designed to recognize post-pilot pre-commercial innovations in the automotive and future mobility space. These represent product, software/IT system or process and idea incubators that have the potential to revolutionize an automaker’s business and products.
